Remember to Breathe: Mindfulness for Teens
An introductory, mindfulness practice workshop for teens.
In this program, teens will learn mindfulness practices that can be helpful with managing stress, improving attention & focus, and increasing an overall sense of well-being. Mindfulness can be very helpful when dealing with exam stress, relationship challenges, unhelpful thoughts, strong emotions and daily stresses & frustrations. Mindfulness practice can also enhance performance in multiple areas of life - such as sports, music, academics, and communication.
Spring session: 4 Wednesdays. May 18 - June 8, 2016. 7:00 - 8:15 pm. Bloor & Ossington area. $120 (may be covered by some extended benefits that cover MSW, RSWs)
